Industrial-grade creative services that western Canada's industrial operators use to win work, onboard crews, and put their projects on the record.

6 disciplines, 1 accountable crew. Most projects use 2 or 3 together.
Project films, recruitment reels, executive cut-downs. Every deliverable cleared site safety review before crew arrived.
Documentary-grade films built on real site days, with crews briefed on PPE, hazards, and ground rules before cameras come out.
— Deliverables
Aerial cinematography for site films, hero shots, and progress documentation, flown under Transport Canada Advanced Operations pilot certificates.
Aerial capture flown by pilots with Transport Canada Advanced Operations certificates, cleared for controlled airspace and night ops where the project demands it.
— Deliverables
Identity systems, tender documents and recruitment campaigns, built for the surfaces industrial work lives on: hard hats, tradeshow booths and bid submissions.
One visual system, carried from the logo to the tender response to the careers page. We design the identity, lay out RFP and tender submissions to procurement format, and build the campaign that brings crews to your gate.
— Deliverables
Sites that hold up when a procurement officer checks you before the shortlist. Mobile-first, because 60% of industrial research starts on a phone.
Websites designed and built for industrial buyers, quick on a lease road connection and accurate in the language your sector actually uses.
— Deliverables
Construction monitoring while the job runs, and the case study when it closes. Weekly captures feed a stakeholder portal, then become the proof your next bid needs.
We document the project from mobilization to handover on a fixed capture cadence, and package it as a case study your business development team can put in front of an owner.
— Deliverables
Site-realistic stills for marketing, recruitment, annual reports, and board decks. Boots-on, no staged smiles.
Stills captured the way the work actually happens, in the dust, in the dark, in PPE, for libraries that hold up across years of use.
— Deliverables
Built for the operators in the field, not the consultants in the boardroom.
Progress monitoring, project documentation and crew stories for general contractors and developers across western Canada.

Facility commissioning, field operations and aerial documentation for oil and gas operators and energy developers. Cleared for restricted-access sites.

Safety training, emergency response and people stories for rail and transportation operators, filmed on training grounds and in the workplace.

Livestock, land and operations documentation for producers, veterinary diagnostics and agri-science clients on working farms.

Stage by stage documentation of demolition and site clearing, for the demolition contractors doing the work and the general contractors who hire them.

Built on western Canada job sites. We know what a tailgate meeting is, why the safety officer needs to clear our drone before takeoff, and how to work around a swing shift. We arrive ready. We leave with the shots you need.

Chris McElwee has 20 years of experience in the Industrial space, specializing in brand strategy, storytelling, videography, and web design. As our creative director Chris provides vision, story, and design for every project.

Raphael Gay-De-Montella has hands-on experience across energy and construction projects. As Director of Operations he runs scheduling, crew logistics, and site coordination, and leads the software side of the business behind our site data and progress portals.

Connor McIvor is our drone lead. He holds a Transport Canada Advanced Operations pilot certificate and flies both FPV and the DJI Inspire 3. He also runs camera on the ground and cuts in the edit.

Plus15 Media is a Calgary-based creative studio for western Canada's industrial sector. We make the video, aerial, photography, brand, websites and case studies that operators in construction, energy and resources, rail and transportation, and agriculture use to win work, onboard crews, and put their projects on the record.
Most agencies don't show up on site with the right PPE. We do. Our crew holds CSTS, WHMIS, First Aid and Transport Canada Advanced Operations pilot certificates, and we're members of the Alberta Construction Safety Association and the Calgary Construction Association. Our SECOR is in progress.
We've worked at active well sites, hospital builds, pipeline tie-ins, aggregate quarries, and equipment yards across Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan.
We're small on purpose. 4 people, fast decisions, and the founder on every project. If you've ever had a creative agency hand you off after the kickoff call, you'll notice the difference.
